At Manage It ATL, we are like family - because - we ARE family.
Family-founded in 2014 and officially independently licensed in 2018 under our own brokerage, the company officially re-branded to Manage It ATL. From helping clients identify and purchase investment property to managing and advising our clients, we have done it all. What started with just a few homes, our portfolio exponentially grew, and now include commercial property management as well. All thanks to our clients, who continue to trust and refer us to their friends and family! Many of which have loyally been with us for several years.
OUR CORE VALUES
Here at Manage It ATL, we believe in honesty, integrity, hard work and always doing the right thing. To quote Mark 12:31, "Love your neighbor as yourself. There is no commandment greater than these.” At Manage It ATL, we have zero tolerance for anything less. We uphold these values in all that we do for our team, our clients and our customers.
We believe in doing our part to help the planet. That includes moving away from printing paper copies and reducing waste where possible. Most of our paperwork can be electronically signed and delivered via e-mail. Less printing reduces our overall carbon footprint - less fossil fuel and chemicals from printing, less trees cut down, less trash and pollution for the Earth. Each employee is encouraged to do their part to reduce, reuse, and recycle.
We really mean it when we say we care about our employees:
For example, did you know that prolonged sitting increases your risk of heart disease, diabetes, obesity, and more? That's when our company decided to invest in better desks - our workplace is equipped with the latest sit-stand desks allowing each employee to adjust their desks to their preferred height. In addition, we keep fruits and healthy snack options in our break room to allow our employees easy reach of healthy options.

If you ever stop by our office, you'll be greeted by our furry four-legged office dog, Teddy. Teddy loves playing catch, long naps, and welcoming our guests.
